Office LocationsDirections to Park Slope Office 506 8th Avenue From Manhattan BY CAR -- Take the West Side Highway or the FDR Drive to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Bear left and follow signs for Prospect expressway (see below). From Long Island, Staten Island, & Queens BY CAR - From Southern Long Island, take the Belt Parkway West to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE). Follow the BQE North approximately five miles to the Prospect Expressway. BY CAR - From Northern Long Island, take the Long Island Expressway to the BQE South. Follow the BQE approximately eight miles to the Prospect Expressway (this is a left-lane exit). BY CAR - From Staten Island, take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to the BQE North. Follow the BQE approximately five-mile to the Prospect Expressway. BY CAR - From Queens, take the BQE to the Prospect Expressway. BY CAR - From the Prospect Expressway: Take the first exit, which is Tenth Avenue/Eleventh Avenue. Make the first right from the exit ramp, which is Tenth Avenue and drive to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Twentieth Street and continue three blocks to Seventh Avenue. Turn right again onto Seventh Avenue. Proceed on 7th Avenue and then turn right at 9th Street. Make first left onto 8th Avenue and proceed to 506 8th Avenue. Our office is between 6th & 5th street on 8th avenue. Parking is available at the Hospital’s parking garage located on Sixth Street and Seventh Avenue. Directions to Sheepshead Bay Office 2204 Voorhies Avenue BY CAR - From From Belt Parkway EASTBOUND, Take Exit #8 (Coney Island Avenue) Follow service road to second traffic light, and turn left onto Ocean Avenue. Proceed to secoond traffic light which will be Voorhies Avenue and make a right turn. Drive to East 22nd Street (office is on corner of East 22nd Street and Voorhies Avenue). BY BUS - From From Belt Parkway WESTBOUND,Take Knapp Street/Sheepshead Bay exit. Follow service road 10 blocks to East 22nd Street and make a right turn. Office is on corner of East22nd Street and Voorhies Avenue). BY CAR - B-36 to Avenue Z and East 22nd Street and walk from Avenue Z one block to Voorhies Avenue B-49 stops on Ocean Avenue and Avenue Z. Walk from Ocean Avenue and Avenue Z along Ocean Avenue to Voorhies Avenus. Turn left and walk 2 blocks up to Voorhies Avenue and East 22nd Street. BY SUBWAY - Both D and Q trains stop at Sheepshead Bay Road subway station which is on Sheepshead Bay road and East 15th. Street. Walk along Sheepshead Bay Road to Voorhies Avenue and then up Voorhies Avenue to East 22nd Street. Doctor's officed is on the corner of East 22nd and Voorhies Avenue. |
